How does Nexio scan business cards?
Nexio uses advanced AI (Google Gemini) to analyze photos of business cards. When you take a picture, our AI model reads the card and extracts all contact details — names, emails, phone numbers, job titles, company names, and more.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No! Nexio works completely without an account. You can scan and save business cards as a guest. Creating an account (via Apple or Google Sign-In) enables cloud sync so your contacts are preserved across devices.
How many free scans do I get?
Free users receive 3 business card scans per period. Scans refresh automatically. Upgrade to Nexio Pro for unlimited scans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Nexio Pro subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nexio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is the contact extraction always accurate?
While Nexio's AI is highly accurate, it's not perfect. Results are for informational purposes. Always verify critical contact details before sending important communications.
Can I scan cards from photos in my gallery?
Yes! You can use the camera to scan in real-time, or upload any photo from your gallery. The AI works equally well with both methods.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to the Settings tab in the app, scroll down, and tap 'Delete Account'. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including your contact collection and photos.
Does Nexio work offline?
Business card scanning requires an internet connection since the AI processing happens on our servers. However, you can view your previously scanned contacts offline from your local collection.
