1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nexio mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nexio is an AI-powered business card scanner application that allows users to photograph business cards and receive extracted contact information, including names, phone numbers, emails, company names, job titles, and addresses. The App is provided by Masteret Labs.

3. User Accounts

You may use the App anonymously with limited functionality, or create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In to enable cloud sync and full features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

Contact information extracted from business cards is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational purposes only. Results may not always be accurate.

• Always verify extracted contact details before relying on them for important business communications.
• Masteret Labs is not liable for any harm or loss arising from inaccurate AI-generated contact data.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Free Tier

Free users receive a limited number of scans per period. Scan quotas refresh periodically as described in the App.

5.2 Nexio Pro

Nexio Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited business card scans and premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By using the App, you grant Masteret Labs a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of contact extraction. We do not use your photos for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the App service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass security features or subscription restrictions
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any contact information extracted from business cards.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masteret Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
